DJ Khaled has hatched the video for ‘Wild Thoughts’ – his hotly anticipated collaboration with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller.
The flavorsome offering is the latest taste of the hitmaker’s 10th studio album ‘Grateful’ – due via Epic Records / Roc Nation on June 23rd.
Khaled co-produced the cut, which samples Santana‘s smash ‘Maria,’ with PARTYNEXTDOOR.

With the the names involved, the natural expectation is for a club banger. But this bop bangs in its own way.
The production is lush and the sample was used to exquisite effect. Cute visual too.
It’s not as “instant” as fans of all involved likely anticipated and does sound distinctly “third / fourth single” (which it actually is). But, nonetheless, it’s still radio friendly and could make some noise on the charts.

Eehhhh…DJ Khaled has had a lot of misses with this album, and this one is ANOTHA ONE! The production showed no creativity and just a blatant rip off sample. It left much to be desired from me. He could’ve taken that beat and done so many more things. Oh yeah that’s right he’s not a real producer. He buys left over tracks and just screams on it. I’m sorry Rih, you KNOW i fucwks with you hard, but this ain’t it! It ain’t your fault, the song is trash and even you couldn’t save it. Plus, I must admit I ain’t liking your weight gain. Bryson’s verse is fire tho.
Bey and jay did a rip off with boyfriend and it was amazing. Just like this too will Be the best offerings from the album. It’s not a bad as you are making it.
I’m just not a fan of it. I love the fact that the video is shot in lil haiti, but that’s about it. Maybe I need to listen to it woth a blunt

This song is trash. What a blantant rip-off of Carlos Santana’s “Maria, Maria” song. Where is the creativity? The original was a smash hit, this will pale in comparison. Rih’s vocals are good and so is Bryson’s verse. That’s all I got.
