Kelly Rowland has been juggling the completion of her new album with a judging role on ‘The Voice Australia.’
Today brought with it the finale of the show, which saw Ms. Kelly’s contestant Fasika Ayallew make the last four.
Though she was pipped to the winner’s post by Judah, the lawyer turned in a winning performance of Tina Turner’s ‘Proud Mary’ alongside her coach.

Love Kelly Rowland..Feseka is good but not great where does she fit in todays climate esp in America? Wtf..they gonna do with Judah? Smh I really just wanted Kelly to win!
The thing is people gotta realize there are markets outside the U.S. than can and often times are more lucrative than ours…. There’s plenty artist killing it and are completely unknown in the states….

Gosh, it was okay, i was expecting more but this was really just standard. Beautiful gowns though.
I hope Kelly is really taking notes and talking to Jay Z, Solange and Beyonce. Their albums are relevant and successful in part because they were highly personal. There are so many ways Kelly can go with this concept and truly be successful.
But Kelly has always been personal though more than those 3, for example Bad Habit; Dirty Launry; Rose Coloured Glasses
A few songs…but definitely not a whole body of work. We did not know until later what the songs meant. Kelly has the opportunity to address many things in a new album and let fans know who she really is.
