Watch: Rita Ora Rocks ‘Fallon’ With ‘Your Song’

Published: Wednesday 19th Jul 2017 by Sam

Rita Ora rocked the top 10 of the UK charts with new single ‘Your Song’ and now has her sights set on US success.

To assist her charge, the 26-year-old stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform the Ed Sheeran penned track.

Watch Rita and her band blaze it up below…

Really enjoyed this.

The band helped create a fuller, richer sound for the song – which in its recorded form is quite stripped-back.

This version gifted the song a new layer.

Fingers crossed that Rita pushes this in earnest over the Summer in the States. The performance has had an instant effect on the song’s iTunes position; hence she should continue climb with more exposure.

All in all, great to see Rita Ora “the singer” at the forefront again.

Her as yet untitled album arrives via new label Atlantic later this year and features 2 Chainz, Coldplay‘s Chris Martin, Charli XCX, and more.

Just checked the iTunes Top 100 and it’s not there. Some impact

Ok, so this is definitely an Ed Sheeran song. Not a bad song, but definitely not a song for Rita Ora. She did ok with it, but they delivery is inconsistent and underwhelming. She CAN sing, but this just wasn’t a good fit for her. Plus, there’s no edge to the song – too safe (boring).

Totally agree. She CAN sing but this track doesn’t do her voice any favors.

Idk but rita needs to start embracing her music where ever it is popular. It is working for lil mix. They not stressin it. She should focus on making good music rather then making it big state side.

Little Mix keep trying to make it in the USA (see the first quarter of this year) and we remain uninterested

A little true but i guess touring with arianna was a good step. Lil mix is ahead a little. They seem more stable and structured.

They made no progress in the USA during the tour. Their album didn’t re-enter and none of their singles released during that period charted

Flop Flop Flop!!! She will never be a household name.
