Fifth Harmony have made it clear: they are more united than ever.
Per the ladies, this pact frees them up to do side projects.
As such, with just days to go before their third album lands in stores, it’s been revealed that member Normani Kordei is creating new music with alt-R&B star Khalid.
Dive below for details…
Per reports, the teasing started via a tweet made by MTV:

Normani replied with…

And Khalid added…
Love you! I’ll see you soon — https://t.co/paSa8wz0zh

More than a game of tag on social media, Khalid’s team say the pair are indeed cultivating ideas in the studio after becoming a friends a few months ago. They previously collaborated in visual form for his ‘Young Broke & Dumb’ video.
Both will be performing this Sunday at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards; Normani with her 5H girls on the main-stage and 19-year-old Khalid on the pre-show.
Sounds like a cool pairing.
We remain amped to see what solo Normani sounds like, but at the same time we’re keen for Fifth Harmony to do whatever it takes to make a real statement of success. Especially in light of their line-up change.
All in good time. All in good time.
