Kendrick Lamar To Perform At 2017 MTV Video Music Awards

The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards officially welcomes Kendrick Lamar to blaze the stage!

Producers for the August 27th spectacle announced moments ago that the Hip-Hop titan will be performing at the event.

It’ll mark the first time he’ll be rocking the VMAs as a solo artist.

K.Dot’s involvement was widely expected, given that he leads this year’s nominations with a whopping eight honors.

Other stars currently confirmed to take rock the show, which broadcasts live from The Forum in LA, include Katy PerryFifth Harmony, Ed Sheeran, The Weeknd, and Miley Cyrus.

More performers will be announced imminently.

    Saw him live and it was just him or 1 person doing karate or dancing with him and the show was amazing. Give him a good 8 min performance.

    He performs at the BET awards like every other year so this is no biggie! His performance was so powerful the year before on that show and he will not top that performance for sure…
