Scandal has taken full control over Mel B‘s life.

As she battles her jobless ex-husband Stephen Belafonte on a personal level, today has seen her learn that their legal tussle may lead their sex tapes being played in the court room.

Mel is accusing the unemployed Belafonte of being both physically and emotionally abusive and claims their marriage was filled to the brim with the cruelty he’d serve up.

Now the fun-loving mother has urged a judge not to allow him to submit their sex tapes to the court as evidence as she fears he may use its contents to dispel her allegations.

Her biggest concern? Her growing children who would be affected negatively by the turmoil the release of the sexually explicit movies would create.

That isn’t all.

Last week, ‘My Sons’ rapper Siya surprised Mel’s fans when she stepped forward to allege that the former Spice Girl threatened to harm her if she agreed to stand as one of Belafonte’s witnesses.

You see, Siya claims to have been a close friend of the couple and was expected to claim that Mel hadn’t been maltreated.

Enraged, Mel is said to have sent her threatening texts which may now lead to the launch of a felony investigation designed to see if the singer had intimidated a witness.
