Bad news for Tamar Braxton‘s husband Vince Herbert.
A judge has just ordered him to pay $3.7 million after awarding victory to Sony Music Entertainment in a legal showdown.

As reported, the label sued Herbert over a 2013 advance they gave him.
Per their suit, they paid Herbert to find new talent, and part of the deal required payments back from royalties accrued from his stint at Interscope Records (the label he signed Lady Gaga to).
However, the industry juggernaut took Herbert to court claiming that he started intercepting the coins from Interscope in October 2015 – so as to (allegedly) hinder Sony from recouping on the advance.
And a judge agrees, ordering him to transfer $3,738,515.93 to Sony.
Interestingly, Herbert never responded to the lawsuit. As such, it was a default judgment.
Tamar’s new (and apparently “last”) album ‘Blue Bird Of Happiness’ drops on Friday (September 29th).

To be honest I actually don’t care for Tamar!!!! She’s phoney and that’s putting it mildly!! Toni had always been the beginning of the sisters and she’s the ending my opinion!!!!! I love Toni she’s Real !!! And deserves all the joy and happiness that comes her way !!!!
