Pink is currently doing the press rounds in the UK for new album ‘Beautiful Trauma.’
Never one to hold her tongue, the Pop rebel cleared up the conundrum about several topics – including hotly anticipated collaborations with chart comrades Eminem and Christina Aguilera.
As widely reported, Pink and Slim Shady re-teamed up for the song ‘Revenge’ – and she even went on record to spill about its video. Hence, when the visual for the LP’s title track arrived last week, some fans scratched their heads.
Similarly, it’s been a minute since the singer revealed that she and Xtina had paired up.
So what’s tea? Pink spills all after the jump…
Speaking to The Sun, the confirmed that the Eminem single has been SCRAPPED:
“It just didn’t work and it was the wrong timing for it.
I looked like hell, it was awful. Thank god Eminem wasn’t in it. If he was in it I would have been mortified.
We had Eminem lookalikes, Beautiful Trauma is better.”
On the Xtina front, she said:
We did a duet for her album and I don’t know when it’s coming out but it’s amazing.
We did it two years ago so I don’t remember the title, but she’s incredible.”
Hopefully all of the missing collaborations come to fruition one way or another. All three hit the scene around the same late 90s/early 00s window. As such, the various collabs – almost 20 years on – would be significant on several fronts. Longevity being one of the main ones.

Pink is Amazing. She stays in her Lane and consistently has Hits. (unlike Britney and Christina and Ciara) – Pink stays in her lane, sells out tours and keeps pushing. She’s the Under-rated Diva. Whatever shes doing she needs to continue….but i’d be lying if i didn’t miss the Rnb Pink

LOL All Eminem collabos are being crap. And I´m happy for it. Last go around with Rihanna was pure crap too. It had success (although it is a totally forgotten song already) based on name alone. But it wasn´t good.
I liked ‘Monster’, but that song was a success because of ‘Love the Way You Lie’, everyone wanted another collaboration between them.
For me ‘Love The Way You Lie’ is one of Eminem’s best collaborations and we got the great Part II out of that.
No surprise that the duet is two years old. Christina shows no urgency about her career. She’s comfortable delaying things year after year, and for what?
The Eminem collab is one of the weakest and most uninteresting songs on the album. It was a mistake.
