Justin Timberlake is wasting no time.
Fresh from debuting new single ‘Filthy,’ the singer has unwrapped the official tracklist for its housing album album ‘Man of The Woods.’
Due February 2nd (two days before JT’s Super Bowl show), the set features guest spots from Alicia Keys and Country star Chris Stapleton. Producers on-board include loyalists Timbaland and Pharrell Williams, as well as Danja and Max Martin.

By contrast the average A-lister is at #1 in 2 hours. and i just checked & he’s still not there yet. He’s stuck behind the FOURTH single from a year-old #2 peakin’ Bruno Mars album. To put this in perspective, This is a fake, unofficial chart where Loser “Voice” contestants routineLy race to #1 within a couple of hours after the show, never to be heard from ever again, often bumpin’ off A-List popstars to get there, and still.. it’s been 24 hours. TimberLake will probably eventually get there seeing as how besides the year-old Bruno single there seems to be no new major releases on deck, but by then it wont matter. By JT standards this is a flop. Even if it makes it to #1 on Billboard it will no doubt be a throwaway hype single that rode the backs of the NFL SuperbowL committee in order to get there.*

The cover looks like him announcing he’s a red neck. The song is not a bad song FOR HIM, but more so the most forgotten song on the album type song. Can’t see how it made it past a demo stage but it probably made the album due to the producers. How it made a single, lead single at that…?

Was just listening to 20/20 Experience. He better not disappoint.
The first volume has great songs. I fell in love with “That Girl”, “Stawberry Bubblegum”, “Blue Ocean Floor”, “Suite & Tie”, and the AMAZING “Pusher Love Girl”. He’s already disappointed with the Vol. II of the same damn album so I’m not too surprised about this project. “Filthy” already killed any anticipation i had for the project.
Its really a tough climate for these established acts. They are under huge pressure from the newcomers. Its hard for an act like JT to imitate a junior like Justin Bieber for example but he still needs to come up with something original and fresh to keep the fans excited. At the same time he also has a brand to protect, so that means not straying away too much from his signature sound. So the result is lacklustre stuff like Filthy. Hes trying to achieve too many things with this song thats the problem. KP also tanked because of this smh. Rihanna and Beyonce are gonna have a tough time dealing with Cardi B/Sza on their upcoming projects.
Cardi B/SZA are not Beyonce’s and Rihanna’s competitions or newer versions. Maybe Nicki Minaj and anybody else, but not those two.
