New Song: Ally Brooke (of Fifth Harmony) – ‘Perfect’ [Solo Single]

Published: Thursday 25th Jan 2018 by Rashad

The week the world learned former fellow Fifth Harmony gal pal, Camila Cabello, topped both the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 with her hit ‘Havana’ and its parent album respectively, Ally Brooke took to Twitter to announce fans would finally be able to hear her first solo single.

Titled ‘Perfect,’ the cut – a collaboration with German DJ Topic – hit digital shelves today (January 26), is now available on major streaming outlets, and is being billed by Billboard as her ‘official debut.’  And, while longtime followers of Brooke know this isn’t the first time she’s stepped outside of the group (see:  feature on Lost King & ASAP Ferg‘s 2016 release ‘Look at Us Now’), ‘Perfect’ is her first endeavor as the leading act.

Curious to hear how she fared?  Hear it inside:

ANOTHER SOLO PROJECT??? I swear NONE of these girls are loyal to their own group. Why is this even allowed? No wonder the group can’t find true success … they’re all too busy sabotaging it! Ugh.

Why you so mad? They grown woman let them venture out! I’m sure fifth harmony will always be there first priority but for now let em grow as solo acts. Might even make fifth harmony a bigger name next time around.

I like it but she should have added a few more layers to the chorus. Radio friendly but not enough for a top 10. I like it though.
