New Video: Kendrick Lamar & SZA – ‘All The Stars’

Published: Tuesday 6th Feb 2018 by Sam

It’s here!

Kendrick Lamar and SZA have unleashed the video for their collaboration ‘All The Stars.’

Directed by Dave Meyers, the cinematic clip is the first visual to be lifted from ‘Black Panther The Album’ – the K. Dot curated companion project for Marvel’s ‘Black Panther.’

The arresting clip sees the TDE stars embrace the African aesthetic and misé en scene that’s prominent in the movie.

What are you waiting for? Watch after the jump…

Continued kudos to Kendrick for consistently pushing his envelope (and “the” envelope) with his visuals.

SZA looked great, although it would have been awesome to see her deliver more “POW” on the performance side of the equation.

Still, solid.

Impeccable. Budget must have been very long. Didn’t care for the track until it was paired with these visuals. Gorgeous!

Video looks expensive exactly what is needed so happy for SZA now lets replace all beyonces children(untalented light skin women eg tinashe etc)
    with talented dark skin women.
Cannot wait for Normani to come through and im sure the UK wont be far behind with theirs.

Everyone keeps saying the video has a big budget and looks expensive but it’s for the leading song off the soundtrack for one of the biggest movie in years, what did y’all expect? “Kiss It Better” visuals?

No thanks. No time for the homophobe SZA. BYE
