R&B heartthrob Trey Songz has more than dwindling sales to worry about. Because, as of today, he’s turned himself in to police custody after being accused of domestic violence.

As reported, a woman named Andrea Buera is claiming that Trigga beat her at a Hollywood Hills party during NBA All-Star Weekend last month.
According to the accuser, the singer battered and bruised her because he believed she was talking to another man.
Songz, accompanied by his attorney, surrendered this morning at 6am and was released two hours later.
During said window, he took to Twitter to declare his innocence:
For what it’s worth, Buera claims she was hit so hard she had a concussion and was vomiting uncontrollably.
Songz not only refutes the statements, he’s adamant that others in attendance can corroborate his account of what transpired.
