Word on the curb is that the song in question is named ‘Apple Pie’ and may be arriving later this month. And with Spears using apple emojis all over her pages for the last few weeks, it’s not far fetched. Although, as ever, nothing’s confirmed until it’s confirmed. So stay tuned!
The new material will be the first since Spears’ 2016 album ‘Glory’ – which though well received critically, didn’t live up to its name on the charts.
In any case, with a tour and new Sin City residency around the corner, no time is better than the present to ignite excitement with fresh tunes.

As a fact since Blackout she chooses not to promote her albums/singles as widely as she’s done before.
And when a single/album doesn’t peak you’ll never see her turning real singles into promotional ones, neither turning them into remixes with a new feat with someone who now sells millions or releases a new “enlarged” version of the album.
For further evidence her two last #1 – 3 and Scream & shout had little to none promotion.
Go back and stan your favorite instead of spreading hate.
The reason she’s not promoting her material as much is because she is not mentally up to it. Have you forgotten how they had to create a separate “young adults” category for her on X-Factor because she couldn’t cope with speaking to adults? Glory was a flop. No hit singles and dropped like a stone after the first week of sales

She is doing great now, not being accompanied by any doctor, is clean (doesn’t drink) anymore and she’s well. If u are ill-informed even her father thinks she is mentally fine now and wants to end the curatorship on her finances.
She simply doesn’t promote the singles/albums like before by her choice, if u follow her on her accounts she love more to spend her days with her family and doing the thinks she loves than to be solely center on her music career.
