‘Good Man,’ the seventh official LP from R&B crooner Ne-Yo, may be the first project of his prized discography to miss the top 10 upon its debut (click here to read more), but that certainly hasn’t stopped Grammy-winner from showing off some of its gems on the promo trail.

Limiting most of its promo to radio, print, and online to date, the 38-year-old took to the late night circuit courtesy of a visit to ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ this week to give televised performances of new tunes ‘Push Back,’ ‘Apology,’ and ‘Nights Like These.’

In more relevant news, Beyonce and J****** flopped with their new album (even though it debuted at #2) and Kenyatta dropped 72% in sales this week. Christina Aguilera debuted at #3 and did very well considering her numbers are contrived of 92% pure sales from physical copies and itunes downloads only.

@Jasmine.. -Wow, Christina’s new album debuted at #3!!!! That’s great considering she’s been out of the music scene for such a long time. I’m so happy for her! I definitely listened to the album and I will say that it is reflective of the title that’s for sure! There are definitely some gems. If she releases certain songs at appropriate times I think she will be back to full relevancy in no time.

Lmao, the carters only got 4 days on itunes and many (myself included) streamed via FREE 1 month Tidal subscription. They may get a hit off this album cause most of the 9 tracks are good. Straintina is the real flop, didn’t even crack the top 5 with Desperation ? despite MONTHS of promo and anticipation

lmao yes, everything is tanked is FLOP of the year lmfaooooo ???

      • DIABETES UNBOTHERED June 23, 2018

Sales of EVERYTHING is EPIC will be consistent and go plat in pure sales by end to of the year. The Carters career is FLOP PROOF. This isn’t a SERIOUS effort like 4:44 or Lemonade. Or should I say like DESPERATION with only 2 good songs on it. Everything got a 82 score while straintina got avg review 71. EPIC FLOP.

Trolls responding to themselves is ludacris. The Carter’s numbers aren’t official. Let’s wait on billboard for your heartbreak. After giving it an nth try. I say some hits if release correctly are definitely in the picture. Summer, Nice, Friends, Boss, And Heard About Us are definitely quality tracks.

713, black and lovehappy are really strong tracks. Apeshit isnt the only single, next should be Summer then 713.

Back on topic, “Nights Like These” is probably my 3rd favorite song on the album. He’s singing live and sounds just like the recordings. I like how he treated the performance like it was part of a longer concert. I think it would be even better without the dancers and choreography pushing for s** appeal–just let the song speak for itself.
