‘Neighbors Know My Name’ maestro Trey Songz is seeing his name run atop headlines yet again for a lawsuit brought on by allegations of assault.
A month after learning he’d evaded misdemeanor domestic violence charges for the reported attack of Andrea Buera, the singer/rapper – in an incident unrelated to Buera’s – was named defendant in two lawsuits stemming from an episode where his belligerent behavior allegedly caused the injury of a police officer and a photographer (click here to read more on that).
Now, another plaintiff is stepping forward with accusations the Grammy-nominee inflicted ‘mental and physical injury’ as well as ‘cosmetic disfigurement’ to her outside of a gentlemen’s club in Philadelphia.

TMZ obtained documents pertaining to a new lawsuit filed against Songz, where it’s claimed that he flew into a violent rage after catching two women trying to snap a picture of him while he was leaving the Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club in Philadelphia. He allegedly went after one of the women in the parking lot, grabbing and twisting her arm and wrist.
The woman claims that the incident inflicted mental and physical injuries, sending her into a depression and forcing her to undergo psychiatric treatment. She also claims that the incident ended up causing “cosmetic disfigurement.” [source]

It’s like they see one person make a claim which was unfounded and they all pile on.
Or maybe there’s some truth to it. Trust me, all these accusations aren’t coincidental.
Or maybe there’s not. And of course, they clearly aren’t coincidental. If they were, they’d probably be more believable. That’s the point. Anyways, until I see actual proof, it’s just another story.
But they were dismissed last time because her story didn’t add up. Isn’t it also possible that someone saw that story and decided to jump on the money bandwagon? Why isn’t any real evidence being presented and if it can’t be produced yet why is all this being leaked to the media?

This case will get DISMISSED just like the last bogus one that had no evidence, video proof or corroborating witnesses. Those that are looking for a Frivolous Reason to dislike or discredit this man will use this and his fans won’t give a damn otherwise.
