Childish Gambino has announced that the tour he is currently on will be his last….as he is. Confused? Details below…. The multifaceted performer is currently on the ‘This is America Tour’ and, much to the horror his loyalists, revealed that the live trek will be his last as Gambino!
Why? His need to “progress” and evolve.
He shared:
“If you’re at this show, think you know this is the last Gambino tour ever. This is not a concert. This is fucking church.”
It should be noted that this may mean the performer may tour under his real name, Donald Glover, in the future. The announcement was made in Georgia, home to Atlanta….the city he based his hit ratings-rocking show ‘Atlanta’ on.
