A reunited Danity Kane showed up and showed out last night the Irving Plaza, New York City stop of their ‘Universe Is Undefeated Tour.’
Backed by a full band and cheered on by a sold-out capacity crowd, Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, and Shannon Bex delivered a seismic set spanning their individual and collectivised careers.
Make no mistake though, it was clear the re-grouped DK3 was the main attraction.
Together, they performed classics such as ‘Showstopper’ and ‘Damaged,’ while re-engaging newer material from their third album ala ‘Lemonade’ and ‘Rhythm Of Love.’
Fan-favorites like ‘Pretty Boy’ and ‘Sucka For Love’ were also given the live treatment.

Great to see the group back together.
We respect their individual hustles, but it’s clear that their King card is DK and it’s awesome to see them playing it.
As for the show? It looks lit; here’s hoping some of the kinks iron themselves out as they progress on the trek. Namely audio and some sects of the choreo.

I’m here for DK3’s follow-up album, or even a re-release of the DK3 album, which was phenomenal in every regard.

I actually liked these performances!! They sound good hopefully they work on the tones a lil bit more, Aubrey over sings Imo..
I Liked Danity Kane back in the day when all 5 orginal members was Part of the Group. I think they will Never be able to be on the same level. For me the vocalls are Not on Point at all. Dawn is a good Singer but Aubery and Shannon become realy weak.
why do other two never performed anymore? I know they can use the extra money

D. Woods jumped into acting and has done a few stage plays. But I don’t think she would come back and ever work with Dawn. Remember, Aubrey spilled the tea on The Breakfast Club that Dawn was sending D. Woods all kinds of hateful messages online and D. Woods was going to put hands on her.
Andrea is living her best girl from the Inland Empire life…married with kids and probably runs an Etsy store or something.
I they sound and look amazing FOLKS just accept that it will never be the five of them again that shipped have sailed! It’s now DK3 I feel they will do GREAT as a TRIO shut the f*** up about the other two members and WATCH MY B****** SLAY !!!

Aubrey and this oversinging trying to give power vocals lol but otherwise they delivered a good show and their fans clearly loved it.
That’s a whole lot of hair flipping, good performance, fingers crossed they don’t self destruct, 3rd times the charm, anyone catch Dawn accidentally hitting Shanon with her hair during one of the many hair swing during Pretty boy 5:26sec mark. I think the stage was too small and they were on top of each other, constantly switching to get space, I hope it was my imagination that Aubrey kept walking in front of Dawn, don’t want to start no ish but I kept noticing it. I’m gonna put the dk3 album back in my playlist rotation, I took it out when they broke up again.
