She may be the hardest working woman in show biz, but for now ‘Jenny From the Block’ can bid adieu to at least one task that’s blocked off her calendar for the last few years: the ‘All I Have’ Vegas residency.
Closing out the show last weekend after a nearly 3-year run, the Zappos Theater stint not only set a critical and showmanship standard for the Vegas Strip (already renown for courting some of music entertainment’s biggest stars), but now reports are indicating it’s set the standard for box office draws as well.
Snatching the title from fellow Vegas queen Britney Spears, find out just how much J.Lo’s overall Vegas showing earned:
According to the Las Vegas Review Journal:
Lopez’s finale was a box-office hit, generating $1.43 million in ticket revenue. If that seems like a lot for one show, it is.
According to Caesars Entertainment officials, the figure is a revenue record for a single-night residency in Las Vegas. Britney Spears previously held the single-night record with her $1.17 million take in her finale in the then-Axis Theater (now Zappos Theater) on New Year’s Eve.
As if that’s not enough:
Lopez also is reportedly the fastest performer to reach more than $100 million in ticket sales at the venue since it began its run of star residencies with Spears’ “Piece of Me” in December 2013.

Beyoncé still sell albums & singles unlike j.lo, so at this time Beyoncé don’t need Vegas to stay Relevant in music. J.lo needs alll that coming her way to stay relevant. I’m not knocking her hustle at all. I haven’t seen j.lo in a movie in a minute. I haven’t heard about a fragrance from her in a minute as well, and fashion. Beyoncé more relevant in movies more than j.lo (lion king) and to be fair I haven’t heard about Beyoncé fragrances as well in a minute and Ivry park clothing. But bottom line their both winning. I just wish people will stop comparing
@bravo j.lo has a new feature film coming out this year where she is the lead called “second act” as well as her tv drama “shades of blue” and her reality show, world of dance. Bey will never be more relevant than j.lo in the tv/movie realm. She’s more successful and relevant in music tho for sure.
Oh and also J.Lo has her clothing line at Kohls, also. Just cause you dunno doesn’t mean the moves aren’t being made.
