Kenny Bryant, the husband, claims that Kelly’s affair with his wife left her with a shocking sexually transmitted disease and him with an unhappy home which is why he is suing the self-proclaimed Pied Piper and wants to have him deposed so he can ask him questions about the affair under the careful eye of the law.
Kelly claims that he did not bust it low and spread it wide with his soul mate and has denied his request for a face-to-face meeting as it will be videotaped as he would be forced to answer questions about his sexual health under oath.

Somebody is out of touch with reality. A real journalist would have reported that this is a civil lawsuit (aka a desperate money grab) from a bitter man whose wife left him and he is seeking revenge (money) from one of the many men who screwed his ex-wife. The lawsuit clearly says the husband was infected with chlamydia. Since when is chlamydia a “wild disease”? It’s not like R. Kelly has the MONSTER so what is the big deal?

1. Chlamydia is just a bacterial infection and is cured by various antibiotic medications or penicillan. FACT. It is NOT life threatening and easily fixable. Thus it is not a “wild” disease like the MONSTER many gay men have.
2. The husband has NO proof and just a meritless case at base. R. Kelly should file for a dimmissal on this frivilous lawsuit and countersue for defamation of character. I read the laughable lawsuit and it is a waste of the court’s time to even read such desperate nonsense. The alleged affair between R. Kelly and the man’s wife took place in Georgia so any good attorney would tell you that you cannot apply Mississippi law to an alleged act that took place in another state! Under Georgia law, R. Kelly did NOTHING wrong if indeed the affair took place. Note, that Kelly he ever had relations with that man’s wife.

Really, evidently you did not read the lawsuit which is public information. It did not say that he was infected with the disease. It said she was. The man never asked for money, he had to prove that she was cheating so that she would not get nothing from his retirement etc. Everything isn’t about that monster of a man that you all support. His attorneys have actually filed papers to be removed from the case because the R. can not afford to pay them. So there is no money to grab from the dumb mother sucker. He should learn how to read.
