Perry, who asked a judge to seal the testimony she gave under oath about what she knows about the case.
Alas, a New York judge has decided that the public has a right to know what Perry shared during her testimony because what she revealed is “relevant to several important factual and legal issues.”
Katy feared portions of the testimony could harm her career and had hoped the courts would grant her wish.
Unfortunately, she now stands just weeks away from watching what she said behind closed doors sail into the public eye.

That isn’t right. Most predators get away with what they do because the people who can stop them decide to “mind their business.”
You’re right, but people have that mindset because they’re afraid of how the backlash will affect their lives. Case In point…Katy Perry. Who knows how this will affect her livelihood. There should be some way to protect those who come forward to testify.
