New Video: Little Mix – ‘Strip (ft. Sharaya J)’

Published: Sunday 18th Nov 2018 by Sam

Little Mix are going all-out to ensure the launch of their fifth album ‘LM5’ is an event.

Unleashed on Friday, the ladies surprised fans with the release of the video for ‘Strip’ – a new song housed on the project.

Perrie, Jesy, Jade, and Leigh-Anne join forces with Sharaya J on the empowerment anthem.

For its accompanying visual, the collective celebrate individuality and embracing all aspects of oneself.

A whole lot of Girl Power awaits below…

Simple, but oh so effective.

I just hope this era does something for their stateside careers. This, More Than Words, Joan of Arc, Motivate, and Monster in Me are huge faves. Wasabi and Notice might grow on me.

If they didn’t insert themselves in the Nicki & Cardi debate they might’ve persuaded Cardi to be on a Motivate remix.

SO much better than the last single. It comes across as authentic and doesn’t come across as childish as WLM. The production is MUCH better also and the vocal is much more interesting.

Glad to see SharayaJ put on, the visual is effective. Hopefully this gets a Dove products endorsement because it looks like a commercial. Song itself is meh……

Imagine the former label forced them, well strongerly suggested they record WLM and have it as a 1st single when they got songs like this ready in the pipeline.

Powerful message and shows their growth into womanhood.
Glad Sharaya J getting her shine.

Nobody forced them to do anything. Record labels usually select the singles from an album release and the artist might have some input. This whole they’ve left Syco so they can speak their minds nonsense is all part of the narrative for this album. All they’ve done is move from one Sony subsidiary (Syco) to another (RCA). It’s funny how they were gushing about doing a song with Nicki Minaj and now they are saying they didn’t want it as a single

I’m glad to see fans of Sharaya J pop up! Been a fan since Smash Up The Place and loved seeing her on The Four.

I do NOT like this song. I really like the rap and I like the overall message but the song sucks. Why are they releasing so many songs as of late? Is this to get out of their contract with Simon?
