Per TMZ, a hearing today saw the rapper – real name Daniel Hernandez – enter a “not guilty” plea.
In response, the presiding judge set a September 4th 2019 trial date.
It’s believed that the ‘FEFE’ MC will remain behind bars for much-if-not-all of the time between then, after being denied bail.
As reported, 6ix9ine has been indicted on 17 charges alongside three others – including his former manager.
Collectively, they’re accused of several gang-related offences dating back to 2013.
