Chris Brown Extortion Case Dismissed

Chris Brown‘s bid to punish a group he says tried to extort him has been shattered by a judge this week.

Fortunately, all isn’t lost.

Full story below…

Back in 2015 Brown was in the Philippines minding his own business when a group of armed men stepped into his room and allegedly told him that he would be arrested and sent to jail if he didn’t hand them $300,000.

Incensed, the performer filed a lawsuit against a lawyer he believes was behind the incident when he returned to the United States, but has now learned that a judge has dismissed the case because of jurisdictional issues.

That’s done little to stop Brown from appealing and going after the estate of the now deceased lawyer with hopes doing so will protect other public figures from the danger the plot and ploy placed him in.

Guys… it’s normal that a music website talks also about private life of artists, I know, but I think you should take more seriously the part about music, that should be your focus. Chris teamed up with Asap Rocky and more rappers on a song released some days ago: you had time to post TWO things about his juridical cases and none to do it with his music? I can understand that there are many artists and that these kind of news about him makes you earn views, but damn I think this job should have a deontology.
