Ella mai I’m obsessed with you and I’m not asking you to give us Beyoncé but damn you gotta give us something other than this rocking back and forth . I don’t even feel any emotion in the song

I’m not here for her. Her Breakfast Club interview made her come off as this UBER talented underrated singer/songwriter. And she is…okay. Her live performances leave much to be desired.

She is not nominated for Record of the year. I swear, you guys are wack when it comes to journalism.

something is OFF with her LIVE vocals, all the time. She is a studio singer only. Not much range and off key or something

The Grammys have had a STRUGGLE not only nominating R&B songs in the major categories, but the RIGHT R&B songs since forever! It really is a case of DEAF ears and a lack of acknowledgement for the genre overall, with a good dose of racism mixed in! I’m happy for Ella, but DAMN this was the type of regular song being played on R&B radio after Whitney, Mariah, Janet, Mary, Erykah, Anita, Sade, Toni, TLC, BBD, Bobby, Luther, Tony Toni Tone, Karyn White, Boyz II Men and Patti went off lol ? Like, Boo’d Up was cute, then THE JAM came on! The Grammys need help! But shiiit, I wish Ella walks away it tho! Just for all the years of having to put up with the GRANNYS ?
