Days ago, fans of Rap favorite 50 Cent rejoiced in his claim that he had inked a deal Pepsi which would see the company distribute ‘Street King‘, his brand of nutriontal energy shots which sees proceeds from all sales go towards feeding underprivileged children worldwide.
Unfortunately for him, today saw the company refute the Rapper’s claim, revealing that they are not directly involved with project despite his claims that they were.

Five years ago, 50 Cent had the world – quite literally – at his feet. Fast forward to today and the climate is altogether different for the former chart-topper.
Renown for his verbal spars, the rapper’s latest “beef” is with his record label, who appear unwilling to release his new material – after a string of commercial disappointments.
Not content with taking the label to task on Twitter recently, the G-Unit general once again took to the public platform to vent over the issue. Yet this time, his usual banter was accompanied by chilling remarks.

Though his fans may choose to ignore it,50 Cent‘s career just isn’t what it used to be.
No longer the hard hitting commercially potent lyricist the world was introduced to back in 2003, recent years have seen his material struggle to compete with the likes of Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Kanye West and Drake on a number of different fronts.
Now, in what will sure to have the folk over at Interscope wondering just what do with him, he has hit out at the label’s executive Jimmy Iovine , who he holds responsible for the difficulties his career is currently facing.

With the due date of her brand spanking new project drawing closer, all eyes are on ‘Lady Marmalade‘ Rapper Lil Kim to see how just how the project fares upon its long awaited release.
So, in what will be sure to have her revitalized fan base anticipating the project even more than they already are, today saw the MC hint at a possible duet with fellow performer, 50 Cent, almost a decade after the release of their smash hit single ‘Magic Stick‘.
