Hours ago, 50 Cent accompanied long time friend Floyd Mayweather to a Las Vegas courtroom, where the boxer will begin his three month jail stint for a brutal attack on his girlfriend-allegedly in front of their children.
Snapped by those who made it into the courtroom, 50′s unfortunate sighting comes two weeks after he spoke out in support of same sex relationships, admitting that he had engaged in ‘fetish areas’ himself in the past.

Last week, Rap icon 50 Cent surprised fans when he spoke in favor of same- sex relationships, revealing he himself had engaged in- as he put it- ‘fetish areas’ in the past.
Commended for cosigning with popular opinion, the MC’s remarks on the matter followed support for gay marriage by President Obama and ROC President Jay Z. However, what many do not know is that 50′s comments on the matter did not end there.

“I smell a follower… is that you?”
Ever since President Obama announced his support of same sex marriages, it seems those previously opposed to the issue have suddenly had a change of heart.
Take 50 Cent for one. Indeed, after joking about ‘shooting up a gay wedding’ in 2010, he has spoken out in support of same sex relationships, but challenges its supporters to provide evidence as to where it endorsed by any major religion.

Check out 50 Cent, playing the role of Hip Hop mogul ‘Glade‘ in FOX’s ‘The Finder‘.
Directed by ‘Bones’ star David Boreanz, 50 starred in last night’s episode which saw him hit flex his oft overlooked acting chops.
His stint in the series comes months after he engaged in a public spat with label exec Jimmy Iovine, over the release of a new LP, an LP he accused Iovine of withdrawing support from.

Remember when 50 Cent‘s music was inescapable on radio? Remember when 50 Cent was the biggest rapper in the game? Remember when 50 Cent was relevant to music? Think hard…
Since the early 00′s rap music has mutated to an unrecognizable Pop/Dance hybrid with only subtle traces of authentic Hip-Hop. It’s all about production, auto-tune, and a stuttered chorus. Can 50 Cent restore Hip-Hop’s integrity with his long-awaited fifth studio album? Only time will tell…
Still, read his plans after the jump and sound-off below.

Undeterred by the backlash that greeted his last lavish showing, 50 Cent is still keen to show that he’s still making it rain – even if his career isn’t.
Taking to his trusty Twitter account, the rapper – real name Curtis Jackson – tweeted the shots of him and his green. Yet, this time, was keen to show that it wasn’t to make folk green with envy.
Of the money (which he says he won betting on Sunday’s 49′ers game), he wrote:
“Just watched a 500,000 dollar foot ball game get on my level, I’m giving this money to my nana she gonna faint LMAO all she do is go to the church”.
“Nana” or no nana, this is still all flavours of tacky. Yes, he’s rich, but clearly oh so poor in the confidence category. Indeed, who would have thought the man who – quite literally -had it “all” 5 years ago, wouldn’t be able to sell any records today; now forced to prove his worth by flashing his cash online? How the mighty have fallen. Thud.
