Check out That Grape Juice’s latest Cover Star singing Rihanna’s Russian Roulette. The young performer, who hails from Houston, Texas, belts out the track while perched on her kitchen counter. Her performance can be seen below:
Tracie did more than cover the song; she knocked it out of the park! Vocal on point and passionate, Tracie took the record to a whole new place. It’s amazing how good a music sounds when performed by someone with actual talent.

This week’s Cover Star is none other than Brad Doggett. The 22 year old singer from Washington D.C. put put his own unique spin on Trey Songz’s ‘I Invented Sex’ in a way that many would not have anticipated. Check out his performance below:
That was incredible! Instead of trying to imitate Songz’s vocal style, Doggett decide to go in a completely different direction both vocally and musically. Simply fantastic.

Emeteria is this week’s Cover Star. The young singer was brave enough to tackle Mariah Carey’s ‘H.A.T.E.U’ - a fan favourite from her ‘Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel’ LP. How did Emeteria handle such a difficult song? Check it out below:
Normally when singers try to cover a Carey composition it turns out to be a complete train wreck. However, Emeteria did a great job on the verses, particularly because of the minor similarities between the texture of her voice and Carey’s. While she admittedly struggled a bit with the whistles, she still did an incredible job.

While Mekell’s voice may not pack the horse-power that Usher’s does, he still turned in a solid spin on the song. Good stuff.

This week’s Cover Star is Jordan Tyler. The London-based singer serves up his own rendition of Alexandra Burke’s take on Leonard Cohen’s classic ‘Hallelujah’. Check it out below:
Though this song has been covered within an inch of its life, Jordan’s rendition still proved refreshing. A male take on Alexandra’s version (which featured many a riff and adlib), this Londoner certainly held his own and then some. Great performance!
