Hot Shot: Nicki Minaj Teases Drake & Usher Collaboration?

Could Nicki Minaj be plotting a musical ménage à trois with ‘Good Kisser’ Usher and rapper Drake?

Well, if a snap reportedly taken on the set of Usher‘s ‘She Came to Give it to You’ is anything to go by, the answer to that may very well be yes!

Uploaded by Minaj as the song rises on ‘Top 40‘ radio, the pic sees the trio strike a pose as all three gear up for the release of new LPs this year, shot after the rapper teased the video’s shoot during her ‘Exotic’ residency on the ‘Home Shopping Network.’

Must See: Drake Slams Macklemore At ESPY Awards

Despite burying the beef with former foe Chris Brown, it appears Drake isn’t ditching the digs when it comes to another rival.

During his stint as host during last night’s ESPY Awards, the rapper used his opening segment to take aim at Hip-Hop’s apparent new punching bag Macklemore.

The ‘Same Love’ MC has inadvertently come under intense scrutiny from the Urban community after controversially sweeping the board at the Grammy Awards and taking home the top Rap honors in the process. Heat only intensified when Macklemore (in reference to his ‘Best Rap Album’ win) went on to proclaim that Kenrick Lamar deserved the gong instead – a move Drizzy dragged him for at the time.

Fast forward six months, and it appears Drake isn’t done with the digs.

What did he say during his skit? Find out below…

Chris Brown Hits Studio With…Drake

It’s a phrase that rarely occurs in musical beef, however it’s one Chris Brown and Drake seem to have embraced.

It’s common-knowledge that the chart-topping pair had been at loggerheads, a point that was underlined when they (or their respective teams, depending on who you believe) got into a club fight in 2012. Subsequently, not-so-subtle (verbal) jabs have been thrown by both camps – further pouring fuel on the fire.

However, the talented acts appear to have put the past behind them – if the shot above is anything to go by.

Though blurry, the image shows both stars together working on new material in the studio. Jury’s out on whether the cut in question was being cooked up for C. Breezy’s long-delayed ‘X’ LP or whether it’s for Drizzy’s hotly anticipated fourth studio outing. Either, exciting times…right?

Your thoughts?
