Although ‘Break My Heart’ stalled on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop charts at #33, Britain born songstress Estelle has enlisted a few hip-hop heavyweights to help on the remix. While the lead single from her forthcoming release ‘All Of Me’ originally featured rap titan Rick Ross, now the ‘American Boy’ singer reveals the remix will feature the accompaniment of Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, and Swiss Beatz.

Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, and Miguel were just a few of the stars were out last night for the taping of the UNCF’s ‘An Evening With the Stars’. As reported here, though taped last night in Pasadena, California, the event will air on BET September 25th with performances from Jill Scott, Patti Labelle, Marsha Ambrosius, and more.

While English R&B chanteuse, Estelle, is prepping her upcoming All of Me release, a behind the scenes look at the music video for the set’s official second single recently surfaced. Shot in Los Angeles by director Chris Robinson, the visual for ‘Break My Heart’ features rapper Rick Ross and actor Omari Hardwick as Estelle’s leading man.

The latest episode of BET’s Rising Icon‘s series centres on Estelle. The British-bred star, who now resides in New York, recounts her childhood, rise to stardom, relocating to the State, her fears and struggles, and more. Estelle got by with a little help from her friends, Nas and John Legend, while shooting the video for her new single ‘Fall In Love’ in New York recently.
The pair joined the British-bred/US-based singer on the set of the clip, which was directed by Sanaa Hamri and features Jesse Williams (of Rihanna ‘Russian Roulette’ notability) as the 30 year old’s love interest. More pics below…
Former Destiny’s Child alum’s LeToya Luckett and Michelle Williams posed it up together Estelle at Debra Lee’s annual Pre-BET Awards Party last night in Los Angeles.
It’s great to see such shows of unity among the DC ladies, especially considering that they weren’t in the group at the same time.
Kelly Rowland and Estelle joined Pop star Cyndi Lauper on stage at the amFAR gala on June 3rd in New York to perform Lauper’s classic ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun’.
An enjoyable performance, no doubt.
