As reported, Beyonce is currently in Japan promoting a range of projects, most especially her new single ‘If I Were A Boy’. The 27 year old stopped by the country’s Music Station show today to perform the track. As ever, she nailed it! That said, I’m sure we’ll get more of a stage show with the ‘Single Ladies’ performances. All in all, a great showing.

Randomness: I see her killer band from her ‘B’Day’ era are back, which is a good look.

Since Beyonce and Jay-Z’s much-publicized wedding back in early April, there has been mounting speculation that the ‘Crazy In Love’ singer is expecting the couple’s first child. HollyScoop are now reporting that the pregnancy has been confirmed. Check out the report:

Hollyscoop has learned exclusively through multiple sources that Beyonce is expecting. A source close to the couple revealed, “Beyonce is 100% pregnant, which is why the couple rushed their wedding.” The source also told Hollyscoop that all the friends and family that attended the ultra private wedding were all aware that Beyonce was already expecting.

Our source added that Beyonce is in her early stages, but don’t expect this star to come out with a confirmation statement anytime soon. The couple is pretty private about their personal lives–they still haven’t even confirmed their wedding. But the source confirmed that she is expecting and they rushed the wedding due to Beyonce’s strong Christian beliefs.

The video for The-Dream’s new single ‘I Luv Your Girl’, which features rapper Young Jeezy, made it’s debut on BET’s 106 & Park yesterday. Both the song and the accompanying clip are kinda ‘blah’ if I must say so myself. I’m still waiting on him to release ‘She Needs My Love’; I’ve had that on constant rotation since his album ‘Love/Hate’ dropped back in December.

Actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to three years in prison yesterday (April 24th) for three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns – the maximum requested by federal prosecutors. Snipes will not have to surrender immediately; the judge ruled he could turn himself in at a later date:

“The law is very clear: People must pay their taxes,” Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman said. “There is no secret formula that eliminates a person’s tax obligations.” {Read the full story}

Good. We all have to be held accountable for our actions. With the vast amount of wealth he has amassed over the years, tax evasion seems like the stupidest crime he could have committed.
