Penned by ‘XOX’ performer  Elijah Blake, and originally recorded by Jennifer Hudson and Mary J.Blige, the song took centre stage when Cole arrived at BET’s ’106 & Park’ to debut its video, which is now available to enjoy right here on That Grape Juice!

It’s been an interesting 8 months for a certain outspoken ‘Heaven Sent’ hitmaker named Keyshia Cole.

Indeed, the songstress has been embroiled in a series of attacks (sent from everywhere but Heaven) from fans of former Destiny’s Child members Beyonce and Michelle Williams for her comments regarding the divas – namely the latter who she notoriously slammed for her participation in the 2013 Superbowl half-time show.

Williams, who is ramping up promotion for her forthcoming 4th album ‘Journey To Freedom’, recently called for a “woman-to-woman” chat with Cole to discuss the reasons behind the initial attack.  While her first response to the invitation wasn’t welcoming, today saw the “I Changed My Mind” maestra take to Twitter to say:

Fortunately for Keyshia Cole, the run at the top she enjoyed with Ron Fair saw cultivate a fan base who’ve developed a culture of buying her music.

A culture, which saw first week sales of her latest album ‘Woman to Woman’ of 96,000 units- a figure out of reach for many an R&B staple. Now, with that album no more than 200,000 units from being certified Gold, it seems she has kicked off work on its follow up, enlisting an old friend to craft its material!

If you thought Keyshia Cole‘s ‘Woman To Woman’ era was nearing its close, you thought wrong.

Despite the album nearing it’s 1st year anniversary, Cole is still readying new singles to be lifted from the album – namely the slow jam ‘I Choose You’ (which she confirmed in early July would indeed succeed October 2012′s ‘Trust and Believe’ to act as ‘Woman’s third single).

Michelle today via an interview with Hot 97.
