Lana Del Rey is heading to the UK!
In support of her November 12th EP release ‘Paradise’, the ‘Ride‘ singer will journey the country to launch a five date tour, next May.

For, in what makes the stuff ‘stan fantasies’ are made off, the hotel reportedly played host to a slumber party thrown by ‘Mean Girls’ actress Lindsay Lohan, attended by Interscope sisters Lady GaGa and Lana Del Rey.
Snapped leaving the hotel yesterday, a considerably ‘tamer’ GaGa hinted at the night’s events through a series of Tweets, which she – quite interestingly- deleted soon after publishing them.

Sporting a ‘Raising Hell Tour 1986′ shirt in honor of the Run-D.M.C tour of the same name, the singer/songwriter’s trip to Italy will come to an end in the next few days, as she is reported to perform at the Isle Of Wight festival this Friday.

As an entertainer, the former ‘Miss Lizzy Grant’ is about as effective as Britney Spears on sleep aids–still, she should be commended for her insistence to sing live no matter how much it goes against one’s better judgement.

However, after listening to ‘Born To Die’ anyone with an ear for music and appreciation for dynamic songwriting have accepted Lana Del Rey as a misunderstood savant of grand, orchestral Pop and a premium lyricist. ‘Born To Die’ finds Dey Rey using her infamous Contralto over dark, angst filled productions creating some of the best atmospheric Pop music since Norah Jones‘ Grammy Award-winning LP ‘Come Away With Me’ (2002).
