The release makes its way to the world before the play touches down in the United Kingdom in October 2017 and arrives before Miguel launches his bid for world domination and household name status with his next studio album.

Did You Miss It? Miguel Almost In Nightclub Brawl…With Its Owner [Video]


Some may have wondered how many drinks Grammy-winning singer Miguel had recently when he was spotted turning all the way up in the club, so much so he nearly came to blows with its owner.

Word has it Miggy was on hand to make a special appearance only, but the club owner says the ‘Coffee’ crooner had agreed to sing a hit or two.  The misunderstanding over those hits almost led to some other hits when, as seen in the video below, words exchanged were only seconds away from becoming fists exchanged.

Listen: Miguel Remixes Beyonce’s ‘Crazy In Love’ For ‘Fifty Shades Darker’


Miguel is currently moulding his next album, but that doesn’t mean he can’t tease plus titillate in the interim.

And he does exactly that with a familiar Beyonce song.

The R&B crooner reimagines ‘Crazy In Love’ on the soundtrack for the new ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ movie.

Though not out in full, a lengthy preview of his rendition – which is drenched in drama – accompanies the first trailer for the flick.

New Song: Miguel – ‘Cadillac’


Grammy winning crooner Miguel has turned on the time machine for his latest retro-inspired tune ‘Cadillac.’

Featured on the upcoming soundtrack to Netflix’s highly anticipated original series ‘The Get Down,’ a series chronicling the lives of a group of young African American men in the late ’70s (starring Jaden Smith, Justice Smith, Shameik Moore, and more), the funky horn-filled ‘Cadillac’ thematically mirrors the musical drama.

Listen: Miguel’s #BlackLivesMatter Tribute – ‘How Many’

“How many black lives does it take to wake a change?”

The powerful quote above is lifted from Miguel‘s heartfelt number ‘How Many’ – the latest in a string of musical tributes lifted to African American victims of police brutality.

A stirring demonstration of hope and frustration, Miggy took to his official Soundcloud page to unveil the first version of ‘How Many,’ a track he says is not finished but will be “updated every week until its complete.”

‘Coffee’ crooner Miguel is set to serve up some hot performances in every corner of North America thanks to the ‘‘Nostalgic for the Present” Tour, starring Sia.

The ‘Chandelier’ songstress, as revealed via video announcement today, is swinging into a town near you and has opted to bring the Grammy-winning crooner along for the ride.  Kicking off this September in Seattle, the trek will see the duo venture to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, Atlanta, and many-a-hot spot in between before bringing the tour to a November close in Texas.
