Nicole Scherzinger Wants To Apologize To Pussycat Dolls


Nicole Scherzinger‘s latest album ‘Big Fat Lie’ may have been a truthful flop, yet the singer did find some success last year – in the London production of ‘Cats’.

Currently starring as Grizabella in the Andrew Lloyd Webber show, the 36-year is hard on the promo trail for her stint in the musical which ends in February.

In a new interview with Event Magazine, Scherzinger recounts more difficult times – specifically her battle with bulimia.

The candid conversation saw the star reveal that the illness caused a friction with her Pussycat Doll bandmates – a friction she’s keen to apologize for.

Nicole Scherzinger returned to The X Factor UK tonight and made quite the mark when she performed new single ‘Run’.

The former judge had been at the centre of UK headlines prior to even stepping on stage due to an alleged rivalry with current panelist Cheryl Cole (who has said less than becoming things about her in the past). Yet, while the the ladies kept it cordial, an actual cord must have been unplugged, because Scherzinger suffered a lighting malfunction during the performance.

Like a seasoned professional, she soldiered on and soared with an awesome vocal showing. However, the outage seems to have jarred the former Pussycat Doll, who took to Instagram to explain the situation.

No one may be running to the stores to buy Nicole Scherzinger‘s new album (‘Big Fat Lie’), but that hasn’t stopped the singer from pressing on with new single ‘Run’.

The track is the third cut to be lifted from the LP in the UK and will reportedly serve as the project’s first US offering.

Is Lady Luck beefing with Nicole Scherzinger? Because, we’re here wondering when the former Pussycat Doll will catch a break. If ever.

As reported at the tail of last year, the talented star inked a lucrative global deal with Sony Music – which sees her signed to their subsidiaries RCA and Epic in the UK and US respectively.

The first album offering from the partnership, ‘Big Fat Lie’, was released in the UK this week and it was hoped The-Dream and Tricky Stewart produced set would deliver commercially.

However, when the Official UK Album Chart was revealed today it brought with it the news that the LP only scrapped a position in the lower level of the top 20.
