To say the last few years have been ‘difficult’ for Raz -B would really be an understatement.
Indeed, after number of horrifying truths regarding his relationship with former manager Chris Stokes and one time friend Marques Houston emerged online three years ago, the entertainer has been forced to watch his once flourishing career fall prey to all the wrong kinds of media attention.
Now it seems, he is ready to take everything back to where they began. His music.
Get into a sneak peek of his latest solo effort ‘Hold On‘ below…
Omarion has reportedly admitted to being a bisexual. The R&B singer supposedly released an official press statement in response to his former B2K bandmate Raz B’s allegations that he is a gay man – a rumour that has existed since the start of Omarion’s career. See the statement below:
It seems that Chris Brown has once again found himself embattled by the media. Following his public feud with That Grape Juice ‘You Ain’t Sh!t’ Award nominee, Raz B, the singer has issued an apology to those persons who considered his Twitter rant to be homophobic.
Meanwhile, Raz B and his brother, Ricky Romance, continue to attack Brown on Twitter, with the latter threatening to attack the young entertainer. Read Brown’s apologetic statement below:
Just when the tension between Raz B and Chris Brown seemed to have calmed, the conflict exploded once again. This time, Raz B issued allegations that Brown is involved “homosexual” relationship.
Furthermore, Raz B’s brother, Ricky Romance, joined the argument and claimed that he would sexually Brown. Read all of the details below:
Twitter was set ablaze just moments ago when Chris Brown finally issued a response to Raz B tweets. Earlier today, while professing his love for Rihanna, Raz B accused Brown of being disrespectful toward women. However, Brown did not ignore the former B2K member’s comments. See what he had to say below:
Former B2K member Raz-B has been making headlines as of late with his explosive accusations of ‘sexual abuse’ at the hands of Chris Stokes and Marques Houston.
Reportedly spurred on by Tyler Perry‘s much talked about Oprah Show revelations, Raz took once again to the internet to speak up on the matter. Markedly calmer than his most recent rant, the 25 year old ‘s latest comments certainly make for an interesting watch. Check it out above.
That Grape Juice caught up with Omarion here in London last night. While you can catch the interview in its entirety later this week, you won’t want to miss the former B2K singer’s explosive response to band-mate Raz-B‘s shocking claimsof sexual abuse.
Check out what Omarion had to say on the matter above.
Raz B dropped a bomb on the music industry today. The former B2K member revealed that as a teenager he was involved in a ‘sexual relationship’ with none other than Marques Houston. The troubled singer went further and labeled both his childhood mentor, Chris Stokes, and Houston as “paedophiles”. Check out more of the action below:
R&B siblings Brandy and Ray J have mentioned many a time their desire to release a collaborative album; it now appears such wishes are to come to fruition later this year.
While his former B2K bandmate Omarion is struggling to have an impact on the charts, Raz B has reportedly been signed to Tila Tequila Records. The singer will supposedly be managed by the Tequila herself and is said to be working on a reunion album with the rest of the B2K members, including Omarion. Raz B’s first solo album on the label will be released by the end of 2010. {Source}
*Takes a breath* This has to be a joke. Who in their right mind would sign a record deal and agree to be managed by someone who clearly does not have a grip on their own career? Clearly, if this is true, Raz B has to be so desperate to get a cheque that he is willing to sign anything attached to a few zeros. Seriously, if artists signed to major labels are struggling to sell albums, then what has possessed him to think that he can get a hit with Tila Tequila?
I really sense that this is indeed untrue and Tequila has finally gone clinically insane. As you may remember, Omarion himself denounced any idea of him reuniting with B2K during his interview with Kendra G. News like this really makes me wonder about what is wrong with the world today. Hot doodoo mess.
Peep Ciara’s performance of ‘Love Sex Magic’ on the Ellen Degeneres Show yesterday above. As with the Saturday Night Live rendition of the song, Ciara killed it. Awesome performance.
In other Ciara news, the singer’s 3rd studio album ‘Fantasy Ride’ debuts at #3 on the Billboard 200 this week, with sales of 81,000. Christette Michelle claimed the top spot with her new LP ‘The Ephiphany’, which sold 83,000. Hannah Montana’s annoying self sits at #2 LOL. I really think it’s important to note that Christette’s album was retailing for a paltry $3.99, which I guess could explain what is no doubt a chart shocker.
That said, there is no shying away from the fact that higher numbers for Ciara were expected. Interestingly, our interview with CiCi was supposed to take place last week, however was conducted just before she did Ellen yesterday and we were able to ask her about her thoughts on sales (which were being counted as we were speaking). Look out for the interview later this week!
Word has it, the label have opted for a double release for the follow-up to ‘Love Sex Magic’ and ‘Never Ever’, with ‘Like A Surgeon’ being serviced to the Urban market and ‘Work’ to Pop. IMO they couldn’t have picked two better singles. Great choices.
