As Whitney Houston continues to dazzle audiences in Australia with her ‘Nothing But Love Tour’, a new video of the singer performing ‘For The Lovers’ – a fan favourite from her Platinum-selling ‘I Look To You’ LP – has surfaced. The clip, which you can view below, is from the 46 year old’s Hunter Valley show over the weekend:
The legendary Whitney Houston answered back her critics by giving a solid show at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia yesterday. Earlier this week, Houston, 46, hit headlines worldwide when a handful disgruntled fans left her Brisbane, Australia show early, claiming her voice ‘wasn’t there’.
However, clearly much more disciplined with her vocal technique, the diva gave a rousing climatic performance of career definer ‘I Will Always Love You’; which, though not ‘perfect’, reinforced the fact that she should not be counted out – at all. Check it out below…
Whitney Houston was spotted performing on the Japan leg of her ‘Nothin’ But Love’ world tour yesterday in Saitama. The diva, who admitted to lip-syncing some of the the up-tempo material during recent performances, sang several songs from her platinum-selling album, ‘I Look To You’. Check for more images below:

The BET Honors 2010 aired in the US a few hours ago. This year’s show honoured Whitney Houston for her historical achievements in music, as well as Queen Latifah, Diddy (for his business success), and other non-entertainment figures.
Check out the night’s performances below, which included live showings from the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Mary. Blige, StevieWonder, Trey Songz, Jazmine Sullivan, Patti Labelle, Ryan Leslie, India Arie and Kim Burrell.
As you’ll see Jennifer Hudson and Kim Burrell shut it all the way down! Awesome!
According to fresh reports, comeback queen Whitney Houston is already readying the follow-up to 2009′s Platinum seller ‘I Look To You’. Set to embark on a four-month world tour, which kicks off in Seoul, Korea on February 6th, Houston (46) is said to be hitting the studio for recording sessions with hit-maker Bryan Michael Cox. {Source 1}{Source 2}
Granted it’s currently unconfirmed as to whether Nippy’s recent and upcoming recording sessions are indeed for a new album (or a re-release), it’s great to see her keeping things moving. After a tumultuous few years, Whitney seems to be easing herself back into the saddle, with her vocals having improved a hell of a lot compared even to this time last year. Therefore, prepping a new record – which I’d imagine won’t hit stores until late this year, early next – seems like a wise move. It’s all about keeping the momentum moving.
That said, it’d be criminal if ‘For The Lovers’ doesn’t get a release sometime in ‘I Look To You’s shelf-life! That song epitomises ‘the business’. Don’t believe…take a listen:
Peep a stunning looking Whitney Houston posing it up in this new promotional shot for her forthcoming world tour ‘Nothin’ But Love’. Houston, 46, will kick off the tour on February 6th in South Korea, continuing on to Japan, Australia and Europe. US dates are set to be announced shortly. {Thanks Helen!}
Speaking of ‘Nothin’ But Love’, it has been confirmed that the Danja produced song will serve as the next International single to be lifted from Whitney’s comeback LP ‘I Look To You’ (which to-date has sold a whopping 2 million copies worldwide). As we exclusively reported ‘Worth It’ will be rolled out as the next US single. I’m still awaiting a ‘For The Lovers’ release (as is seemingly everyone else), however ‘Nothin’ But Love’ definitely goes hard and should provide Nippy with another hit. For those who’ve yet to hear it, check it out below…

{So sad, I’ve always wanted to say that LOL}
Upon seeing the photos from the BET Honours 2010, I couldn’t help but feel really happy for a certain Whitney Houston. Unlike certain artists, who the media orchestrated comebacks for – despite them not being anywhere near capable (“oh baby, baby…”), Whitney continues to improve which each live showing. I mean, she really is earning all the success that her comeback campaign is experiencing; the undeniable force that is ‘The Voice’ is defying the critics with a return to top form – as evidenced in awesome performances such as the one above. Here’s hoping she continues her reascension.
Tidbit: if this seems like a shameless Whitney plug…it is LOL.
