Oprah Winfrey‘s ‘OWN’ platform has decided to cut ties with a Reality TV show about a man wit 34 children this year.

Why?

All you need to know…below.

Jay Williams first rose to fame when OWN’s in-house Life coach Iyanla Vanzant sought out to help he and his family on a multi-part edition of ‘Iyanla: Fix My Life.’

The special’s popularity prompted the network to announce that they were to launch a Reality TV series documenting his life as he handles the pressures of supporting 34 children and dealing with the 17 different women he made them with.

Now, Williams has learned that the show has ended before it started.

Indie Wire reports:

According to an insider at OWN, “production for the docu-series wasn’t going the way that the network hoped it would”.

Poor guy. He might have been hoping for this to turn into a Kate & John type of deal, bc I can’t even imagine what it requires to take decent care of 34 children…

SMH I don’t know what Oprah was thinking with this show in the first place. She’s beginning to churn out all of this ratchet tv and it’s damaging her brand.

I don’t see her network as beginning to ‘churn out ratchet’ tv, it’s still mainly positive. That’s why she changed her mind about this show, the show was going to go against her brand.

Wow, S****** Blonde. You’re entitled to your own opinion, but that was so….bold and inconsiderate. I bet if a Black man was pleasuring your b**** every night, then you wouldn’t have any reservations about it. Im tired of these closet racists and supremacists.

    • S****** Blonde June 6, 2015

      No thanks.

Are you sure? Trust me when I say that I’ve encountered a lot of “straight” white male athletes in college that decided to give it a go and now they’re gay. Most of them are married to their Black lovers too.

      • S****** Blonde June 6, 2015

        They weren straight then.

I’m white as well, and I myself can see that S****** is a racist closeted F.A.G. I’ll also say this, he has got to be thee dumbest person on this blog.

This guy is beyond irresponsible, but the women who laid down with him also need to be accountable.

  7. OMG Logic!!! June 6, 2015

Good. Idiotic behavior like this need to stop being glorified. People need to stop thinking that having a million damn kids is okay. IT IS NOT OKAY. Have 2-3 kids like a normal person and stop!

Took the words right out of my mouth! Why was this show even a thought? Why reward this ignorant piece of trash for not knowing how to wrap his d***? Ridiculous

Suicides’s comments are always about black people being inferior or about how rock is superior to any other genre. That fact that any of you pay him any attention surprises me.

    • S****** Blonde June 6, 2015

When did i say black people are inferior??????, never in my life. True about Rock music though 😀

      • AnnaliseKeatingsNewWig June 6, 2015

You imply it constantly, as you did a couple of comments above. Rock is a superb genre but it is judged on the same standard as any other type of music.

        Preach it @AnnaliseKeatingsNewWig.

Isn’t it a complete kii that rock music was a genre created predominantly by Black musicians? This tea is top much for me.

    • AnnaliseKeatingsNewWig June 7, 2015

Preaching that to @s****** is like talking to a brick wall. Believe you me, he is fully aware that his favourite genre was spearheaded by Black blues, country & jazz musicians but he’d rather lie to himself.

If Tank (the singer) isn’t careful, he’s going to catch up with this guy.

It’s so easy to point fingers at this man, and yes he should know better, but what about the women? How could a woman lay down with a man knowing he has 10 kids already, let alone 33? That is a topic that should certainly be discussed at the BEGINNING of any relationship, how many kids one has.
