The hit series ‘Scream Queens’ returns for a second season on September 20th 2016.
Seem like a lifetime away? Not to worry, because waiting below are fresh details pulled from its set as shooting continues with the help of its stars KeKe Palmer, Taylor Lautner and the comedic force that is Niecy Nash.

The second season’s story will take place several years after the end of its first season and see Palmer’s ZayDay become a medical school graduate working at the mental asylum her sorority sisters are confined in.
Joining her for the ride is Lautner’s Cassidy Cascade, “a doctor at the hospital who suffers from a strange medical condition and becomes a suspect when a series of tragic events plagues the institution.”
Quite interestingly, this season will be shot in Los Angeles and not New Orleans as its first cycle was.
This is because of California’s expanded film and TV credit program which saw The California Film Commission make the show one of nine projects to receive a share in $37.6 million via tax credits.

This is stupid. I wanted the series to be like American Horror Story, each season is its own story and characters. I don’t want a continued series. This is going to get canceled after season 2, watch. Shame.
