Following her unfortunate run on ‘The Next 15’ and brilliant performance on ‘Celebrity Big Brother‘, Tiffany ‘New York’ Pollard has announced that she has teamed up with VH1 to build ‘Brunch with Tiffany.’

Pollard became a household name by way of her appearances on several VH1 dating shows in the mid noughties and launched a career comeback last year with the aforementioned ‘Big Brother.‘
Now, she is to front her own show.
A premiere date is yet to be set.
she is by far one of the most annoying, embarrassing and unnecessarily over-the-top “tv personalities” existing in this day & age. it is RIDICULOUS that once again, an opportunity of this magnitude is simply being handed to another talentless wonder. there are thousands of other black women with class, poise and decorum who are deserving of this type of platform & here is VH1 once again putting the worse specimen from our community on the front line. it is my hope that the show is cancelled 10-12 episodes in. she is a pure disgrace.
There is room for the Viola Davis’ and Tiffany’s of the world in the same way there is room for Meryl Streep and Farrah Abraham. Direct your anger at the people who use entertainment to oppress us not those who give us fun and occasionally ratchet escapism.

You sound jealous. Last time I checked no one makes you watch VH1. It is a cable channel so anyone watching (free or paid) has a means to pick other channels to watch. The beauty of entertainment is that there is something for everyone so if VH1 shows are not your cup of tea go watch another channel.
She was great reality tv back during her VH1 days. I actually meant to watch family therapy because of her but only saw one episode.

Well sort of but don’t forget about the Real World. Viacom had VH1 and MTV and shows often played on either channel. I think that show really made reality tv a contender for competing with sitcoms. Tiffany brought her own brand to the reality game and I don’t think there is anyone that has done it like her so I am glad she is working more again.

I agree. Tiffany made that show. The producer wanted so much for people to like Claudia but in reality she has always been a sinking ship and most people only watched the show to see Tiffany.
I love this woman! She “I Love NY” was a staple in our dorms during college. She always kept us entertained and laughing our butts off. Congrats girl!

Tiffany “New York” Pollard is the H.B.I.C.! For sure. I can’t wait for this show . In your article you failed to mention her dramatic and personal appearance on Family Therapy.Also whatever happened to The Ex where she was supposed to host a gay dating show? I’ve also heard that she was joining the cast of E’s Famously Single for their second season. All I know is that she always delivers great television. Im looking forward to seeing her in any and all future projects.
