Tyson Beckford has admitted to pulling a gun out a dubious looking man who attempted to serve him with legal papers.
Full story below…
Beckford was enjoying downtime in his home in Miami, Florida on January 26th when he heard a knock on his door.
This is when things took a turn for the worst.
As a resident of a secure housing complex, the model usually receives an alert when receiving visitors and had no idea how someone had managed to get to his front door without this happening.
When he opened the door he was met by a “large white man wearing an eyepatch” who claims he told the model that he was there to serve legal papers as part of a case in which he is being sued for not promoting his Beckford Bar fitness venture.
To his surprise, Tyson slammed the door on his face prompting him to tell the star that he intended to leave the papers at the door.
Then, before he could so, Beckford is said to have swung the door open and pointed a gun at him ordering him to leave the building…immediately.
Tyson tells a very different story.
Tyson says the guy refused to ID himself, so he tried closing the door but the guy got super aggressive and tried pushing the door back open. Tyson says he felt threatened, so he pulled a gun to get him to leave the building. BTW, Tyson adds he has a concealed weapons permit.
The server did not file a police report.
