It happened to me when I was literally Lupita’s age in my last year of acting school. It happened to me by a man, and it wasn’t as extended and awful as what Lupita went through, but it was the same thing. It was the casting couch and I didn’t understand what was going on, what was happening — I thought it was my fault. I thought I was misunderstanding the situation … It took me a couple of years to get over it.

This has never been a secret, even in the modeling world, I remember when I was 16, I was approached by a model scout while walking the streets with friends, he insinuated that in order to get the best career opportunities I have to do certain things, like sleep with him, and other big names, I refused, I’m not interested in modeling and all that b*******, so I believe all these celebrities who are now speaking on the subject.

Only Nicki Minaj’s fans think that Nicki bypassed the casting couch. Nicki really made them think that she did not have to do anything with Wayne, Drake, etc. to fly up the charts. HAHAHA But Shether made the truth come out when Nicki suddenly started having an affair with NAS in order to stop Shether. But I’m sure her fans will find an excuse for that too.
I think it’s very sexist to always assume women only get places by sleeping with people. You could just as easily accuse say Wayne got to start Young Money because he did something for Birdman. There’s no proof of that but neither do you have any proof Nicki ever slept with Drake or Wayne.
