Jamie Foxx has been accused of weaponising his penis!

Foxx’s accuser claims the assault took place in 2002 when they were partying at the performer’s home and he, keen to sleep with her, tried to pull her into a room against her will.
His response (according to her)? Slapping her in the face with his penis.
TMZ reports…
The accuser tells us … after the alleged assault, one of Jamie’s friends told her she had to get out of the house. She claims she went to a hospital the next day when she got back home to L.A. to get treatment for a severe panic attack.
Law enforcement sources tell us Vegas PD lists the case as an open investigation. However, the statute of limitations has long since run — it’s 3 years in Nevada.
Jamie’s lawyer had this to say….
Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story. The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.

More effort is being put into attacking black men who deny the allegations. White men who actually admit to wrongdoing can basically say “My bad” and they’re allowed to face consequences without the same exposure blacks are getting. America has a class system to maintain and that means whites have to look better than blacks. They have joked about Weinstein on numerous televised occasions to lighten the mood and lessen the severity of what he did, but when is the last time anyone white joked about Cosby, Ben Vereen, etc.?

Actually no. Women don’t. I don’t know about this case but the statistics prove that only 3 percent of r*** allegations turn out to be false. That’s why so many celebrities settle of or court. Please remember that women or men who lie in court or a deposition can be jailed for perjury if they are caught lying so stepping forward with these claims isn’t as risk-free as you would like to believe. Can you name one woman who’s made an accusation who’s currently behind bars for lying about it?
