Kenya Moore may have a baby on the way, but that’s not been enough to save her peach. Because, per a new report, the reality star officially won’t be returning for season 11 of the ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta.’
Full story below…
According to Page Six, the former Miss USA was offered a part-time role, but was less than keen on the pay cut attached and thus will not be back.
The narrative seems to tally with Moore’s earlier claims that she wasn’t fired and was “reviewing” her latest offer.
During said clap-back (which she shared on social media at the time), she was sure to point out that she “knew her worth” and that her episodes were often rated highest… and that viewers would see her journey to motherhood “one way or the other.”
Well, “other” is what it looks to be because it seems Bravo are unwilling to budge.
Consistent word is that producers were less than impressed when Moore secretly married restaurant entrepreneur Marc Daly last year; they were reportedly even more infuriated by her alleged unwillingness to share the relationship on camera.
Now, it seems, she’s reaping the ramifications.
It’s telling how serious producers must be about the matter, because they’re leaving a ready-made storyline arc about her pregnancy on the table.
Moral of the story? In the words of Mo’Nique: when you do clownery, the clown comes back to bite.
In other RHOA news, the ladies are well into filming season 11 and yesterday were snapped shooting at a Bell Biv DeVoe performance.
Interestingly, group member Ronnie’s wife – Shamari DeVoe (formerly of Blaque) – is said to be in contention for one the vacant peaches. For what it’s worth, Ms. Moore was nowhere to be seen.
