Justice has finally been handed down to the boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Complexities surrounding evidence have meant that Nick Gordon has yet to face criminal charges over her suspicious death last year.
However, family members of Whitney Houston‘s only child filed a civil suit against Gordon over her passing.
And after a series of court dates, the judge has handed down a dynamite order.

TMZ reports that Gordon has effectively been found liable for Brown’s death – including the factors leading up to it and the loss of life itself.
The ruling came after an emotional Bobby Brown (Bobbi’s father) insisted his daughter had ample earning potential before her death.
Bobbi’s estate filed suit for $40 million and were awarded the lion-share of the sum. $36 Million more specifically.
The break-down is as follows:
— Conversion (stealing funds/assets) at $1.5 million with punitive damages of $250k.
— Assault and battery/medical damages at $1.3 million, plus $4.2 million because Gordon was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
— Pain and suffering at $13 million.
— Loss of life at $15 million, including her net worth and future potential income.
It’s anyone’s guess how Gordon will pay up or whether he has even a fraction of that to his name.
But, at the very least, hopefully the ruling can bring a little peace to the family of the deceased.

Civil lawsuit culture in america needs to stop!! This idea that someone is guilty despite criminal charges is beyond me. (I understand that sometimes the law is wrong). Nick did not kill bobbi. The family just don’t want to accept
