Joseline Hernandez has never been one to hide her feelings, as such it was only a matter of time before her beef with ‘Love & Hip-Hop’ creator Mona Scott Young became public knowledge.
It’s anyone’s guess what specifically led to the fall-out, but the outspoken reality took to Instagram in the midnight hour to announce that she had quit the Atlanta branch of the controversial VH1 franchise:
The move comes after Hernandez spent several days goading Young online and pushing for a sit-down with Oprah (yes, you read right) to settle their (financial?) differences:
As expected, Young has remained mum. She did, however, throw a gentle jab by posting this Oprah speech:

Yikes.
‘Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta’ has – and continues to be – built on the foundation of the Joseline/Stevie/Mimi dynamic. So, it does beg the question of what will happen moving forward.
Word on the curb is that a lot of the cast have refused to tape with Jos this season (after multiple fall-outs), something viewers have both noticed and complained about.
Should she indeed be “done,” where does it leave the show more broadly? Are the remaining cast strong enough to command high viewership?
What’s more, is Joseline’s established enough to go it alone? She has proven popular guest-hosting on ‘The Real,’ but public meltdowns such as this are hardly likely to make her an enticing prospect to networks that are traditionally more conservative.
is love and hip hop still a thing… sad
You better shade Hoseline!
She was fired and trying to spin it…She sealed her own fate being obnoxious and not understanding the reality TV game. Once cast members refuse to shoot scenes with you the days are numbered you see that all time on the bravo real housewives series. At this point she will have to make nice with Mona Scott Young and transition herself to Love and Hip Hop Miami by not being a liability and play the reality TV game of success. It’s her bread and butter as everything has failed in the past. Regroup, re-evaluate and self reflect. Being a NENE or TAMAR in any employment is grounds for immediate termination.
So what you are saying is they fired Joseline but kept Stevie and Mimi? Who need Joseline for stoyline? LMAO..Joseline quit the day of the reunion, she said it at the reunion.
The Tamar thing is a bad example seeing as how she continues to be successful despite begging the question is it really her or just the public perception of what they think she is. Nene, however, has continued to go downhill sadly but it was expected at some point.
Mimi don’t have a storyline without joseline, unless she and Stevie cook up the fake drama again..Joseline name stay in everyone mouth yet they don’t like her and can’t film with her..she’s the highest paid also, she could care less about filming with THEM.
Joseline is essential to LHHATL like Erica Mena was to LHHNY..love her or hate her she was and is the star. IDK what Mona be doing to p*** off her key player but she need to cut it. Jim, Chrissy, Erica, even Kmichelle shaded Mona at one point..now you have that jail bird alcoholic Tommie leaving AND Joseline, I hope they cooking up more stoylines for the less interesting people lol.
Erica Mena who? Seems like the show is doing better without her. All of these reality h*** are replaceable. If a h** quits or gets fired Mona will get another one fresh out the strip club.
It may not be fair, but anybody refusing to film with the STAR of the show would be gone. Who’s the boss? You don’t get to choose your co-workers at most jobs. Similarly, I do not understand the rumors of Bravo firing Phaedra Parks from RHOA. She has the hot storylines right now.
No it is the other way around. If the cast will not film with you then you are useless to the show. You are forgetting that it is a “reality” show.
Joseline was the reason I watched, actually I would wait til the show already aired, watch it on demand so I can fast forward to her parts lol
Good for her. However, I suspect she was demoted or fired. For reality shows, when the rest of the cast stops filming with you then you are on your way off the show.
I believe she felt she was too big for the show, and started acting out making “ridiculous demands” ! You could tell during the season she felt she was better and above everyone else. It’s sad because the little s*** she had going is about to disappear. Had she done maybe one more season while continuing to book shows like The Real, etc., and left on good terms she would have been straight. Guess this is what happens when u forget where u came from; and for the record Oprah will never sit and have any conversation with you. Mona squashed that s*** real quick with that Oprah speech she posted!
I don’t know what yall are talking about I would rather see Rasheda, Tammy, and even Karlie vs Joseline and whatever bs she’s got going. The show will survive without her trust me! If Real Housewives survived without Nene this show will be fine!
