It turns out there’s much more to the story of LeToya Luckett‘s split from fiance Rob Hill Sr. Notably the fact that, at the time of their parting, Hill was actually her husband.

Per TMZ, the couple’s divorce application was finalised today.
It stated that the pair tied the knot in January only to breakup two months later.
Beyond the revelation that their nuptials were kept a secret, the whole episode is unique in that they only became engaged on New Year’s Day…of this year. Or so they said.
To complicate matters more, Hill Sr went on record at the time news of the split hit (back in June) saying:
“We have a beautiful relationship. We’re not getting married at this point because we understand each other as friends, the right way. There are certain things she needs to do for herself, and there are certain things I need to do,” he said.
According to the report, folk shouldn’t expect to hear anything else from the pair on the matter. For, there exists a clause in their agreement about “social media postings/public statements.” It states neither will make public statements about each other or “provide photos, videos, recordings or other documents” to media outlets and blogs.
We wish both the best in all their endeavours. One of ‘Toya’s is well-documented; she’ll be playing Dionne Warwick in a new biopic.
