Late Rap icon Tupac is the latest artist to receive the biopic treatment.
‘All Eyez On Me’ arrives 20 years after the sudden passing of the Hip-Hop pioneer, who was fatally shot in 1996.
Directed by Benny Boom, anticipation for the flick has been sky-high – especially following the box office success of N.W.A bio ‘Straight Outta Compton’ last summer.
Now, on what would have been the star’s 45th birthday, a first look trailer for the flick has unleashed. The resemblance between lead Demetrius Shipp Jr and the rapper is uncanny.
Check it out below…
Afeni Shakur, the rapper’s recently deceased mother, serves as an executive producer.
This guy looks just like 2pac. It’s so strange. I cannot believe it’s 20 years since he was killed. Time is a beast.
Wow! He looks exactly like Tupac. I will be going to see this movie
Wow! I just hope the story is deep and honest.
It should be Tupacs mom (RIP Afeni) executive produced it, so I’m sure she had them make it as truthful as possible. 🙂
GOAT! Cant wait, Straight Outta Compton is one of my favorite movies now. A Modern day Boyz in the Hood.
Happy bday Pac! Theres still no rapper that has yet to fill your void! Rip baby!
IKR.. He will always be the best there ever was.. I really wonder what he would be up too now. I know he would’ve been elated to see we finally have a black President.
First off, Happy Birthday Pac. Was never really into his music but I did find some of his opinions on certain issues to be intriguing. Plus, he was fine af too. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a bad pic of him. This trailer looks great and the actor’s resemblance to Tupac is uncanny. Hopefully, his story is told well.
Casted real well on this one.
Happy Birthday Pac! He’s by far my favorite rapper of all time. So I’m definitely going to watch. Still don’t know what to expect since John Singleton backed out of this project tho.
can’t wait.
Happy birthday to the greatest rapper of all time !!! Can’t wait for the the movie , that man looks just like Pac!
