His latest act of altruism? Spending the day with a brave young man named Jayro Ponce who is suffering from a rare form of childhood cancer named malignant rhabdoid.

Beckham, who has been romantically linked to Zendaya and Amber Rose, then decided to surprise Jayro and his family with a visit days after the child’s father took to Twitter to reveal that his son was a huge fan of the athlete.
