As viewers of ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ will verify, Kandi Burruss stays on her grind.
And if new reports prove true, the star’s said hustle has landed her yet another spin-off of the hit Bravo show.
According to SFTA, the singer-turned-entrepreneur will star in a new series with husband Todd Tucker.
Tentatively titled ‘Meet The Tuckers,’ the show will expand on the couple’s current “storyline” on ‘Housewives’ (i.e. the ups and downs of being newlyweds).
Currently in production, Kandi actually appeared to tease the series with a still from a confessional shoot this week:
As at writing, ‘Meet The Tuckers’ is slated to hit the screen this Summer after the current season of ”Housewives’ concludes. Bravo is believed to have committed to a three-episode run at a minimum and, depending on ratings, more.
Mama Joyce and other familiar faces from the Burruss and Tucker clans are expected to feature.
The title will serve as the third Kandi fronted series to have spurned from the ‘Atlanta’ franchise; 2013’s short-lived talent search ‘The Kandi Factory’ was the first, with ratings smash ‘Kandi’s Wedding’ tallying second.
Does round three sound appealing? We’ll be watching. Will you?
