As we previously announced, ‘Dance Again’ diva Jennifer Lopez is looking to do just that with her new NBC reality dance competition ‘World of Dance.’
Acting as executive producer of the series, she’s joined by R&B singer/songwriter Ne-Yo and actor/choreographer Derek Hough on the judging panel to crown the show’s inaugural winner and hand the lucky dancer a cool $1 million prize.
And, while the show – akin to FOX’s ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ – is not set to premiere until Spring 2017, Lopez took to Instagram today to give fans their first look at what they should expect when it arrives.

Honestly, this would have been perfect for J.Lo (or Paula Abdul) before So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With The Stars and America’s Got Talent…like 10 years ago.

For once, J.No has proven herself to be an unoriginal bandwagon jumper. She jumped on American Idol when it became a sinking ship. She jumped on the Latin-pop explosion while trying to be the second-coming of MJB and MC at the same time even though she swagga jacked MC, Janet, Usher, Beyonce, Ashanti and Amerie. I would love to J.So create her own lane of originality. She’s like the Latina Madonna.
J.Lo is unoriginal, but yet none of the artists you mentioned incorporate Latin dance and music in their shows like J.Lo.
Yeah I’m over all these shows about singing dancing cooking etc. ppl think of something else to get yo money from.
Jlo is a hustler so she knows tv is where the money is but girl I don’t want to see you anymore unless y’all are going to be dancing.

Now, JLo is a legend in my books, but I am a bit worried about this….
Haven’t we had enough of these shows already. They are flopping all over the world and the public are crying out for some originality. You have to give it to her though, she knows how to hustle and keeps getting paid.
On the plus side – Ne-yo will be something great to look at when it’s on! The man can get it!
