Viola Davis & Julia Roberts Join Forces For New White Supremacist Movie

Published: Tuesday 31st Jan 2017 by David

Viola Davis and Julia Roberts are to star in a brand new drama.

The courtroom drama is named ‘Small Great Things’ and tells the story of an African-American delivery nurse who is horrified when she learns that a family doesn’t want her to touch their child.

Why?

They’re white supremacists.

The hospital agrees with their request and penalises her when she disobeys their wishes by saving the child’s life when it goes into cardiac arrest.

This is when the drama begins.

‘Shadow and Act’ adds:

Davis will play Ruth Jefferson; and Roberts will play the public defender who takes her case in a film that will tackle race, privilege, prejudice, justice, and compassion.

A screenwriter is currently being sought to adapt the novel, with the project set up at DreamWorks Pictures with Marc Platt’s production shingle producing.

A premiere is yet to be set.

Is it me, or is this new wave of RACISM, from the movies, to the president, to the blogs, are we in 1960 or something? This is probably the worst race relations have every been. I miss OBAMA

It’s not the worst. We’re just seeing more of everything because we have access to more information.

Yeah, I feel like social media especially has helped fuel a huge resurgence of pro black radicalism and anti white supremacy

Seems the white have have handpicked their idle black woman. Watch viola get shoved down our throat for the next ten years.
It has become a crime for more than 3 black women to be on the top ,we are like a dog, they throw a bone out and distract us from going for the fat juicy steak.
Nothing against viola because she is an incredible actress, one of the best out now, but so many other black women deserve opportunities too. When will we stop banking on the same people, it has been rihanna and Beyonce for decades now, Nicki is hanging in there but for how long?
All the other black girls are flopping. Then we had Halle Berry, they used her till she didn’t serve much purpose any longer they discarded her, handpicked lupita but she was too stupid to take advantage of her situation now it is viola.

lmao decades? beyonce and rihanna haven’t been around for decades, they only came out in the 2000s. lmao at your silly rant.

Rihanna and Beyonce (for decades now) learn to read and understand you fool. Beyonce has been around since 1991 if am correct that’s like two decade plus.

1991? B**** where ? Nobody knew who tf Girls Tyme was. Destinys Child didn’t get it’s big break until 98 and her solo album wasn’t released until 03.

They picked nothing!!!!! She’s worked hard for over two decades and that is how this is happening. She wouldn’t be making the films she is making if her success was depending on the kind of people Kevin Hart pimps himself out to.

      • Shakira stan January 31, 2017

Oh please enough with the rant, everyone in Hollywood works hard. If it were that easy, everyone would be a celebrity.
Am just saying, that we as blacks shouldn’t settle because viola is getting some spotlight, we should push for more black women to represent us.

        @shakira Stan
        B**** you aren’t even African American…So bye!
Viola has been putting in work for decades and now she’s FINALLY getting her props.
